Today's excitement!

Today was a busy day as we have been trying to get the house back in order. While Gavin was on vacation, the plan was to paint his room but the time ran out and so now we had to redecorate it! Here are picts from the poster placement today! Enjoy!

2010 Colorado Ren fair!

 A very cool creature with wings, who we watched play with a little knave who stabbed him and he collapsed and lay there for a while on the ground.  It was too cute!

 My NEW costume!  I have been wanting a Ren costume for as long as we have been married and attended our first Ren fair.  Now I have one and my oh my!  Here we are poising with the Pirate wench!

We had a great day with friends.  Not overly hot, had a few rain showers and I was so exhausted from working all night before and was up until we left the fair at 6pm.  But it was great!

Summer Vacation

Summer vacation is hmmmmmmm, non-existant for me this year but I did manage to sneak away for a quickie trip to Montana for Gavin to spend the summer with his grandparents.  So here are a few pictures from my/our quick trip.

Start of summer adventures

So the other day, Gavin and I went for a drive and saw a sign for a "waterfall". So thought we would take a look-- well I was surprised to find it was a mausoleum-- oops! But here are some pictures I took before I realized that we might be trespassing, as I didn't ask permission really!
